Proof
Before you pay
Design in the Studio and check every side on the 3D bottle. Send the design link to whoever signs off on the brand. At checkout you approve the proof, and nothing is printed until the order is paid.
Print
8–12 business days
We check the order, then your batch is labeled, bottled and packed in Colorado.
Ship
2–5 business days
US ground shipping to one address per order, usually your office, with tracking by email. From there you hand the bottles out or mail them. To stock several offices, place one order per office.
Usually two to four weeks from payment to delivery. That is an estimate, not a delivery date, so when the bottles have to arrive by a set day, order at least five weeks ahead. Planning for Thanksgiving or December? The order-by planner counts back from your date.

Corporate questions
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Checkout runs through Stripe: pay by card or any other method Stripe offers you, and the receipt comes by email. If your company needs to pay by invoice or purchase order, send a quote request with the quantity and what your accounts team needs, and we’ll reply by email.
Can you ship to several addresses?
Each order ships to one US address, usually your office, and you hand out or mail the bottles from there. To stock several offices, place one order per office; each is its own batch of at least 48 bottles. Mailing single bottles yourself? They’re glass, so wrap each one and fill the empty space in the box.
Can you rush an order?
Checkout has no rush option. After you pay, printing, bottling and packing take 8–12 business days, then 2–5 business days in transit: usually two to four weeks in all. If the bottles have to arrive by a set date, ask us before you order.
Can a colleague sign off on the label before we order?
Yes. The Studio saves as you work and gives your design its own link: send it to whoever approves the brand, or open the order panel, download the proof PDF and send that. A colleague who opens the link gets their own copy, so your version stays as you left it. Whoever places the order ticks the proof approval at checkout, and nothing is printed until the order is paid.
Can each bottle carry a different name?
No. Every bottle in an order shares one label, so put the company and a general thank-you on it and personalize with a card or tag.
Can we use our brand colors?
Yes. Every color on the label is editable: type a hex code or save your brand colors in the Studio’s color picker, which warns you when a color will print duller than it looks on screen and offers the closest one that prints true. The flat preview is drawn by the same engine that makes the print file; printed colors can still shift slightly from a screen, so avoid designs that depend on one exact shade.
Do we get a receipt?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt when you pay, and your order page shows every step through to tracking.

A bottle gets opened, used and talked about, and your name sits in the recipient’s kitchen for months. Four ways companies put it to work, each with its own guide:

Logo-friendly by design
What to know before you upload:
- Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF up to 10 MB; a transparent PNG works best for logos.
- The Studio warns you when an image would print below 300 pixels per inch and stops you below 150.
- Keep the logo and the sauce name within about 2 inches across the front of the 5 oz bottle, or 2.5 inches on the 12 oz and 25 oz bottles, so they read on the curve.
- Use the back panel for a note from the team, the event name or your website.
- Turn the 3D bottle to check every side, then send the design link to a colleague for approval before you order.
