Colorado hot sauce with your own label
Colorado hot sauce with your label: every bottle we sell is produced, labeled and packed in a licensed commercial kitchen in Colorado. That makes a custom label a natural local gift: for companies welcoming out-of-state clients, taprooms that want a house sauce, couples filling mountain-wedding welcome bags, and shops that want something made in the state on the shelf.

Good to know
Is the sauce really made in Colorado?
Yes. Every bottle is produced, labeled and packed in a licensed commercial kitchen in Colorado.
Do you ship outside Colorado?
Yes, anywhere in the United States, one address per order.
Can I pick up an order locally?
Not yet. Every order ships to one US address.
Can a Colorado brewery or shop sell these?
Yes. Businesses order stock at wholesale with a wholesale quote, and the bottles arrive fully labeled for retail. Check with your city or county that your license covers selling packaged food, and collect sales tax as Colorado requires.
Can I sell homemade hot sauce under Colorado’s cottage food law?
No. The Colorado health department lists condiments such as hot sauce as ineligible under the Cottage Foods Act. A commercially made, fully labeled sauce is the usual route. This is general information, not legal advice.
How far ahead should I order for an event?
At least five weeks. Orders usually take two to four weeks from payment to delivery. That range is an estimate, not a delivery date, so the extra week is slack for a slow order.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Checkout runs through Stripe: pay by card or any other method Stripe offers you, and the receipt comes by email. If your company needs to pay by invoice or purchase order, send a quote request with the quantity and what your accounts team needs, and we’ll reply by email.
Can you rush an order?
Checkout has no rush option. After you pay, printing, bottling and packing take 8–12 business days, then 2–5 business days in transit: usually two to four weeks in all. If the bottles have to arrive by a set date, ask us before you order.
Can a colleague sign off on the label before we order?
Yes. The Studio saves as you work and gives your design its own link: send it to whoever approves the brand, or open the order panel, download the proof PDF and send that. A colleague who opens the link gets their own copy, so your version stays as you left it. Whoever places the order ticks the proof approval at checkout, and nothing is printed until the order is paid.
Made in Colorado
Our sauces are produced in a licensed commercial kitchen in Colorado, then labeled with your design and packed there. Fondest runs the design Studio and handles every order, from your first draft to the tracking number.
Every bottle carries the same required information wherever it is sold: Nutrition Facts, ingredients with allergens, and the producer and lot details, all added at bottling.
The same bottles ship anywhere in the US, but they have a particular fit here: a Colorado company can hand a visiting client something made in the state, and a Colorado couple can put it in a welcome bag without importing it from somewhere else.
Colorado corporate gifts
Denver and Front Range companies host clients, recruits and partners from out of state all year, and a local gift says more than a logo mug. A bottle with your logo and a line about Colorado costs $9.47 delivered at 96 bottles, which leaves room in most gift budgets for local snacks alongside it. For year-end gifts, see client and holiday gifts; to thank your own people, see employee appreciation gifts.
Keep your logo and the sauce name within about 2 inches across the front, and use the back panel for the Colorado line and your website. The summit starter already carries a mountain ridge and a Colorado place line.
Colorado breweries and taprooms
A Colorado taproom can put its name on a hot sauce that is also made in the state. Three of our sauces are made with beer: Pilsner Sriracha (Heat 2/5), Farmhouse Ale Serrano (Heat 2/5) and Pale Ale Chipotle (Heat 2/5). Stock comes at wholesale: 48 bottles cost $6.81 each delivered.
They are made with beer, not with your beer, so name the sauce after the taproom, the trail out back or a beer it pairs with. Pairing ideas, the collaboration question and the bar-top numbers are on the breweries and bars page.
Mountain-wedding welcome bags
Couples marrying in the mountains fill welcome bags for guests who flew in: water, trail mix, a map and something local. A sauce made in Colorado, with the couple’s names and a mountain on the label, fits that bag. Guests flying home need to pack it in checked luggage, since the bottle is over the carry-on limit for liquids.
More on quantities and timing on the wedding favors page.
Ski towns, outfitters and mountain shops
Rafting companies, ski and bike shops, guest ranches and outfitters in places like Vail, Aspen, Telluride and Steamboat Springs have customers who want a souvenir of the trip. A sauce with the business’s name and the river, trail or peak on the label works as a thank-you after a guided trip, or as a retail item at the counter next to the stickers and maps.
For businesses that sell it, stock is ordered at wholesale with a wholesale quote; see retail shops for the resale checklist.
Festivals, races and fundraisers
Summer festivals, trail races, charity rides and county fairs often hand out something to sponsors, volunteers and finishers. A bottle with the event name and year on the label is a finisher’s gift that doesn’t end up in a drawer, and a sponsor can put its logo on the back. Sampling at outdoor events depends on the organizer and the county, so check before you open a bottle. For booth and sponsor logistics, see event and trade show giveaways.
Schools, ski clubs and youth teams can sell a bottle with their name on it instead: the pre-sale steps and the profit math are on the fundraisers page.
Colorado shops and market vendors
For gift shops in mountain towns and along the Front Range, a sauce with the shop’s name and the town on the label is a Colorado-made souvenir visitors can’t buy anywhere else.
Market vendors often ask whether they can make their own sauce at home. In Colorado, the state health department lists condiments such as hot sauce as ineligible under the Cottage Foods Act, so a commercially made, fully labeled sauce under your own name is the usual route. See farmers markets and retail shops for the details. This is general information, not legal advice.
Welcome gifts for new hires and visitors
Colorado companies recruiting from out of state can add a bottle to relocation packages and first-day kits, with a label that welcomes people to the state. Conference organizers can put one in speaker welcome bags at the hotel, and host families can hand one to visiting relatives at the airport pickup.
Flavors for a Colorado crowd
Cajun Cayenne (Heat 2/5) is the safe pick for mixed groups. Garlic Ghost (Heat 4/5) is for the friends who put green chile on everything. In the fall, Habanero Pumpkin (Heat 3/5) matches the season. For summer events, a 12 oz Spicy Whiskey BBQ goes on the grill, and a 25 oz Bloody Mary mix suits a ski-town brunch.
Timing
Orders usually take two to four weeks from payment to delivery. That range is an estimate, not a delivery date, so order at least five weeks before an event or a wedding. Each order ships to one address anywhere in the US, whether that’s a Denver office, a mountain lodge, a taproom or a shop on Main Street.
